These prices are somewhat (10-20%) lower than those of the previous meeting, IXS2022. However, if, they cause you some hardship as a prospective attendee, please contact the organizers at ixs2024@spring8.or.jp

Please note that IXS does not waive registration fees or provide travel support for speakers. IUCr has kindly provided some money for helping young (within 5 working years of PhD) scientists focused on promoting attendance by women and contributing to diversity. The IUCr has made available some funding to support young scientists to attend the meeting. This funding will be prioritized to support female and diverse candidates to support the goal of more balanced representation.

Attendees from abroad except for citizens of Countries and Regions Exempt for VISA need a VISA to travel to Japan.

Documents for VISA application and processing time may depend on the nationality of the applicant. The applicants must prepare all required materials and apply for it by themselves at the nearest embassy/ consulate general at their areas.
